 How much will my shipping charges be?

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and shipped with carriers across US. We provide free shipping for orders over $300

 How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery Time Calculation: The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. We usually ship the product with 2-4 business days of receiving your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Continental U.S.: Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 4-10 business days.
    • Hawaii and Alaska: Delivery to these locations typically takes 2-4 weeks.
  • Shipment Confirmation: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

 Need to change your address?

Address changes will be free of charge if the order has not been shipped. Address changes once your order has shipped may incur additional charges.

Store Pickup: Free!

Choose to collect your order from our store at no additional charge. Your order will be ready for pickup at the store location you select within 3-5 business days.

Important Details:

  • The person picking up the order must present a valid identification card, whether they are the actual buyer or someone picking up on their behalf.
  • Pickup will be available for 3 calendar days after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification. After this period, the order will be cancelled.

 How do I find out the status of my order?

You will receive email updates regarding your order status at both the time of order confirmation and when your order is shipped.

To track your order:

  • Registered Users: Log in to your account and check the “My Orders” section.
  • Guest Shoppers: Click the “Order Information” link in your confirmation email to track your order.
